Job Title: Non-Executive Director

Essential Duties / Responsibilities

• As a Non-Executive Director, you will contribute strategic guidance, industry insights, and business development expertise to drive our organization's growth in health insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction on health insurance business development.
• Foster industry partnerships and collaborations.
• Identify growth opportunities and innovative solutions.
• Enhance our organization's reputation within the health insurance sector.
• Participate in board meetings, committee work, and strategic planning.
• Leverage expertise to inform policy and decision-making.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in health insurance, investment banking, and insurance, preferably in business development, underwriting, or executive leadership.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, innovation, and strategic partnerships.
• Deep understanding of health insurance markets, trends, and regulatory environments.
• Strong professional network within the health insurance industry.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to commit 10 - 15 hours/month (meetings, prep, and events).
• Integrity, objectivity, and independence.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with health insurance product development.
• Knowledge of healthcare policy and reform.
• Global health insurance market expertise.
• Board governance experience.
