Job Overview

• We urgently seek an experienced and results-driven Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
• This individual will play a key role in business growth, from optimizing bakery production and events logistics to building strong relationships with clients.
• The role also includes providing administrative support to the CEO, handling high-level client interactions, and assisting with marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in marketing, operations management, or a similar role.
• Strong experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns, with a focus on retail, food service, or events.
• Proven ability to develop strategies that drive sales growth and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally between marketing, operations, and executive support.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms).
• Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
• Creative, proactive, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities while driving business growth.
