Job Title: Chief Financial Officer / Chief Accountant

Location: Samonda, Ibadan, Oyo

Job Summary

• Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer / Chief Accountant to oversee financial management, strategy, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Interact with creditors, debtors, banks, investors, government agencies, and regulatory bodies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and laws.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies for growth.
• Reporting: Provide timely, accurate reports to the Board of Directors.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to optimize hotel performance.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks.
• Team Leadership: Supervise accounting and finance teams.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, ICAN)
• Experience: 2+ years in hospitality finance or similar industry
• Skills: Financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, leadership, communication
