AL-Treuhand Better Design Limited is an architectural and a multidisciplinary design company focused on providing premium design and achievable solutions. With a strong belief that everyone deserves better design. We focus on all kinds of designs and renovation, turnkey delivery, interiors, finishing and furnishing and general construction.

We are seeking a professional and experience architect to join our design team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction of various projects.You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet specifications and client requirements while adhering to the company’s standards for quality and efficiency.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketer

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage promotional activities to attract and engage customers.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing insights for improvement.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing strategies.
• Communicating with customers, leads, and prospects, and developing customer relationships.
• Managing campaign budgets, and organizing and attending events.
• Conducting market research to identify target audiences and competitors, and to understand their demands.
• Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing local marketing strategies tailored to clients in the assigned market.
• Schedule appointments with clients.
• Send monthly report to the line manage.
• Carry out any other duty as assigned.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business administration, or other relevant fields.
• A minimum of 2 years practical work experience as a marketer preferably in the architecture or construction industry.
• Proven experienceto close business dealsand meet sales targets.
• Strong networking abilities and an in-depth understanding of the assigned market’s needs.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence and engage a wide range of clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skill and ability to be proactive at all time.

Preffered Candidate:

• Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategies and promotional activities to create brand awareness and attract customers.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency in social media marketing, content and promotional campaign development.
• Have an understanding of architectural design and experience in construction industry is a plus.
• Result-oriented and targetdriven
• Must be Tech Savvy.

Salary
N80,000 - N150,000 / month.
