Description 

• Our client requires the services of an Operations Officer with excellent cognate experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies
• Identify opportunities for process improvement
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Identify and mitigate operational risks
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and optimize business processes.

Education and Requirements

• A Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma in relevant discipline from a reputable educational institution
• Proven experience in the same position
• Excellent organization, attention to details, coordination and collaborative skills
• Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Effective communication skills

Compensation
