Job Title: Creative Designer - Brand Manager

Location: Oke-Ado, Ibadan - Oyo

Responsibilities

• Purchasing order Management
• Stock management and production monitoring
• Brand marketing and client build up
• Creative Direction for brand and client
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and branding capabilities.
• Develop and execute creative strategies that align with brand objectives.
• Create visually compelling content for various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Manage the entire creative process from concept to final execution.
• Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform creative decisions.
• Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, and promotional items.
• Ensure all design work meets quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Present creative concepts and designs to stakeholders for approval.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and branding.
• Manage external vendors and agencies for specialized design projects.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and implement brand campaigns.
• Monitor and report on the performance of creative initiatives.
• Provide creative direction and feedback to junior designers and freelancers.
• Develop and maintain a strong visual identity for the brand.
• Ensure timely delivery of all creative projects.
• Work within budget constraints to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts.
• Create and manage a content calendar for brand-related activities.
• Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in creative design and brand management.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and branding capabilities.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of design principles and branding strategies.
• Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices.
• Ability to take constructive feedback and make necessary revisions.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience with video editing and animation software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
