Job Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong network and a flair for marketing and sales to lead strategic initiatives, drive brand visibility, and plan memorable events. The ideal candidate will have a background in the drinks industry, events, or PR, with a proven record of successfully promoting and managing events. We also welcome digital marketing professionals with a creative edge and an eagerness to excel in the industry. This role involves building strategic partnerships, expanding client engagement, and driving business growth through targeted marketing and sales efforts.

Responsibilities

• Design, promote, and execute engaging events that align with our brand’s goals, ensuring memorable experiences for clients and partners.
•  Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and client acquisition.
• Manage campaigns that increase brand presence and appeal, including social media, digital, and traditional marketing channels.
• Identify and manage partnerships within the industry to enhance brand visibility and broaden our market reach.
• Support revenue targets by driving sales through marketing initiatives and building relationships with key clients and influencers.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs, adapting strategies accordingly.
• Track campaign and event performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role.
• Experience in events, or PR industry is highly preferred.

Salary
N400,000 - N450,000 Monthly with commission.
