However, we have been in the Solar energy business since 2010 (10 years ago), while Battery Hunters Limited as subsidiary was registered on 19th July, 2019. At O J Wale Pillars Metal and Tech Limited, we are known for innovative and exceptional after-sales service and support for all our Clients and customers through our seasoning Engineers and Customers Service representatives as we provide alternative energy solutions to each home, organizations, schools, industries, government agencies and non-governmental parasternal.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Female Personal Assistant

Location: Oshodi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Email & Schedule Management: Manage the Executive’s email inbox, prioritizing and responding to important messages, and ensuring they stay on top of all communications. Manage the Executive’s calendar by scheduling appointments, meetings, and ensuring time-sensitive matters are attended to.
• Appointment Bookings: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.
• Administrative Support: Assist in daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Document Preparation: Create, format, and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as required.
• Data Management: Maintain and update databases, records, and files, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Communication: Draft and proofread emails, reports, and other documents with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
• Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed to ensure smooth operations within the office.
• Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and follow up on assignments to ensure timely completion.
• Additional PA Tasks: Perform other PA-related duties as assigned by the Executive, ensuring effective time management and completion of tasks.

Qualifications

• A Degree or certification in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with 2 years experience.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
