Job Description

• We are seeking a skilled and creative Audio Podcast Producer and Host to manage all aspects of our podcast production.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audio production, content creation, and live streaming.
• As the voice of our podcast, you will be responsible for identifying and discussing relevant business topics, engaging with thought leaders, and delivering compelling content to our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging and relevant content that resonates with our audience. Stay updated on industry trends and identify key topics for discussion.
• Guest Management: Identify, invite, and interview industry experts, influencers, and thought leaders. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests.
• Podcast Production: Oversee the entire production process, including recording, editing, and publishing episodes. Ensure high-quality audio and seamless delivery.
• Live Streaming: Host live streaming sessions, interact with the audience in real-time, and create an engaging live experience.
• Audience Engagement: Actively engage with the business community through social media and other platforms to grow the podcast’s reach and influence.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor podcast performance metrics, analyze listener feedback, and continuously improve the content and format based on insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Production, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in podcast production, audio editing, and hosting.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in audio editing software (e.g., Adobe Audition, Audacity, GarageBand). Experience with live streaming platforms and equipment.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication and interviewing skills. Ability to convey complex business topics in a clear and engaging manner.
• Creativity: A passion for storytelling and content creation. Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Networking: Established connections within the business community and experience engaging with industry professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with video production and editing.
• Knowledge of SEO and social media strategies to promote podcast episodes.
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and improve audience engagement.
