Job Title: Customer Service / Sales Officer

Location: Ogba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 3 days remote)
Hours: 8am - 5pm

About the Role

• We are seeking a highly motivated and intelligent Customer Service/Sales Officer to join our dynamic team.
• In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, acquiring new customers, and retaining existing ones.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Actively seek out new business opportunities and close sales deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure long-term loyalty.
• Utilize CRM software to manage and track customer interactions and sales pipelines.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Contribute to team efforts and collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree / HND in any relevant field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-centric mindset.
• Proven sales and customer service experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
