Job Description

• We're seeking a charismatic and energetic Hypeman to electrify the crowd, promote events, and enhance the overall nightlife experience at our club.

Key Responsibilities

• Energize the crowd with engaging announcements, chants, and calls to action
• Encourage audience participation, dancing and interaction.
• Create a lively atmosphere, building excitement for performances.
• Promote upcoming events, parties and special functions
• Introduce DJs, performers, and guest artist
• Create hype for bottle service, VIP experiences and club events
• Deliver clear confident and charismatic announcements.
• Improvise engaging content, adapting crowd energy.
• Maintain a strong stage presence
• WORK with DJs, performers, and event organizers.
• Coordinate with club staff, security and management
• Participate in promotional activities, photoshoots and events
• Promote club events on social media platforms.
• Create engaging content (videos, posts, stories)
• Develop a strong online presence.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Hypeman, MC or event host.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and crowd-work skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with club operations, events and entertainment
• Physical ability to move around the club using a microphone
• Experience in radio, TV, or live event hosting.
• Knowledge of music, entertainment and pop culture.
• Certification in broadcasting, communication or performance.
• Social Media presence and online following.

Salary
N100,000 / month.
