We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Sales Supervisor (Fashion Industry)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily retail operations to ensure seamless customer service and sales achievement.
• Provide creative input for designing male fashion wear in line with current trends and brand identity.
• Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine male fashion collections.
• Train and mentor retail staff to effectively promote and sell fashion products.
• Monitor store inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and enhance the shopping experience.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies that showcase fashion designs attractively.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends to advise both customers and the design team.
• Ensure the store meets sales targets and operates within the budget.
• Provide periodic reports on sales performance and customer preferences to management.
• Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing, negotiation, and ensuring timely delivery of materials.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree
• 2 - 3 years of experience as a sales supervisor in the fashion industry.
• Proven ability to follow fashion trends and provide creative input for fashion designs.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage retail teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
• Passion for Fashion and Creativity

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of fashion trends and industry insights.
• Experience with visual merchandising and store displays.
• Social media savvy, with a keen eye for brand aesthetics.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
