We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Catering Assistant

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Internship

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
• Learn and follow recipes, cooking techniques, and presentation standards.
• Assist with meal service, plating, and garnishing dishes.
• Develop knowledge of kitchen operations, including inventory management and storage.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
• Participate in menu planning, food tastings, and culinary events.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 0 - 1 year work experience.
