Job Title: Head of General Affairs & Compliance

Locations: Sagamu - Ogun & Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for ensuring organizational compliance and operational excellence?
  • We are seeking an experienced Head of General Affairs & Compliance to join our dynamic team and drive critical functions that underpin the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance Leadership: Oversee and enforce regulatory compliance across all business operations, ensuring adherence to local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Policy Development: Establish, implement, and regularly update company policies and procedures to reflect best practices and legal requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate organizational risks through proactive assessments, audits, and strategic planning.
  • General Affairs Oversight: Manage administrative operations, including facilities, procurement, and vendor relationships, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Training & Awareness: Lead initiatives to educate staff on compliance, ethical practices, and organizational policies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external regulators, and other stakeholders to foster transparent and productive relationships.
  • Incident Management: Investigate and resolve compliance violations and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree (Preferable) in Law, Business Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in handling of General Affair Operation Factory
  • Skills: Management and Administration skills, Exceptional leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities; strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Certification: Relevant certifications is a plus.
