Job Title: Branch Manager

Locations: Arena, Oshodi; Egbeda; Apapa; Lagos Island - Lagos

Key Areas of Responsibility (Summary)

• Ensure the effective management of branch resources such as loans, deposits, staff and other operational assets.
• Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to clients.
• Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets in terms of deposits, loans and other financial products.

Major Requirements

• B.Sc/B.Tech/ HND in Economics, Accounting, Banking/Finance, Business Administration or any other numerate discipline.
• A higher degree may be a plus.
• Professional certifications (e.g., MCIB, ACIB, ACA, etc.) will be a plus.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role and industry.
• Deep knowledge of microfinance products, banking regulations, financial systems and people management skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Age: 41 years max
• Locations: Arena/Oshodi, Egbeda, Apapa or Lagos Island

• Salary is about N600,000 p/mth.
