Job Title: AC Technician

Location: Lagos

Position Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install air conditioning systems and components, including compressors, evaporators, condensers, and electrical connections.
• Conduct site surveys to determine the appropriate placement of units.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure AC systems are functioning efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair faults in air conditioning systems, including electrical and mechanical issues.
• Replace defective components and parts as required.
• Identify and resolve issues related to refrigerant levels, thermostats, airflow, and system performance.
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems accurately.
• Adhere to safety standards and regulations during all installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of refrigerants according to environmental guidelines.
• Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide technical advice on system usage and maintenance.
• Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of services performed, including maintenance schedules and repair logs.
• Prepare reports on system conditions and recommend necessary upgrades or replacements.

Requirements

• Diploma or certification in HVAC systems or related field.
• Proven 4 years of experience as an AC Technician, preferably in both residential and commercial settings.
• Familiarity with a variety of AC systems, including split, central, and window units.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical components and wiring associated with AC systems.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
