Job Summary

• The Head of Marketing and Lead Generation is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth, generate high-quality leads, and build a strong brand presence.
• The ideal candidate will background in marketing, with a focus on generating leads and promoting events and programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead and manage a team of marketers to achieve marketing goals
• Plan, execute, and measure the success of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign results to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, lead generation, and campaign measurement
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
