Job Description

• We’re seeking a dynamic Social Media & Content Manager to oversee and grow our social media platforms, manage customer interactions, and create engaging visual content.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our brand online, handling customer orders and inquiries, and creating innovative designs and videos to drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, tiktok etc.) by creating and scheduling engaging posts, stories, and campaigns.
• Design eye-catching fliers, banners, and promotional materials tailored for online marketing.
• Create, edit, and publish compelling video content for promotional and advertising purposes.
• Respond promptly to customer orders, queries, and complaints through social media and online platforms, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
• Track social media engagement, analyze campaign performance, and provide reports to guide future strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new ideas for promotions and engagement.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
• Experience setting up and managing a brand from inception.
• Strong skills in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software.
• Creative flair for designing and storytelling through visuals.
• Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle online orders and queries efficiently.
• Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce is a plus.
