Job Title: Receptionist

Job Summary

• As our receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently managing cash transactions. The role combines front-desk reception duties with cashiering responsibilities, requiring a professional demeanor and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Accurately process payments via cash, card, or other methods.
• Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and customer interactions.
• Issue receipts and ensure all transactions are recorded in the system.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and managing the front-desk calendar and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct them to appropriate personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Familiarity with store management software or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Proven experience as a receptionist
• Required to reside at the Island.

Salary

• N100,000 – N120,000 per month.
