Requirements

• What qualifications you should have:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
• Recent graduates who must have completed the NYSC programme or those with less than 2 years of professional experience.

Desirable Skills:

• Any of the following skills will give you an added advantage:
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
• Familiarity with Zoho products, Zendesk, Manage Engine etc.
• Knowledge of technical sales.
• Knowledge of CRM software and presales tools.
• Strong attention to detail and an eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
