Position Overview

• We are looking for a dynamic IT Director & Lead Developer who will serve as the backbone of our technology operations and web development.
• This individual will manage our IT infrastructure, develop and maintain our company website, and lead digital innovation projects.
• The role demands an expert in programming and WordPress who is ready to take ownership of our technical ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Technology Leadership:

• Lead the development and execution of IT strategies to align with the company’s objectives.
• Oversee and enhance IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
• Integrate modern tools and technologies to streamline operations.

Web Development & Programming:

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, secure, and scalable.
• Leverage WordPress tools such as Elementor and custom themes to enhance website functionality.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for website features and integrations.

System Management:

• Manage database systems and ensure data integrity.
• Optimize server performance and troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
• Ensure website uptime and regular backups to mitigate risks.

Collaboration and Innovation:

• Work closely with other departments to develop IT solutions tailored to business needs.
• Support digital marketing efforts by integrating tracking tools, optimizing SEO, and managing analytics.
• Lead innovation initiatives to explore new tech-driven business opportunities.

Training and Support:

• Train staff on IT systems and tools, ensuring seamless adoption.
• Provide technical support for employees as needed.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT leadership and web development roles.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
  • Advanced experience with WordPress and tools like Elementor.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL, MySQL) and server management.
  • Knowledge of web hosting and deployment practices.
  • Experience with CMS, CRM, and ERP integrations.
• Equipment: Must own a personal PC capable of handling professional development tasks.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
