Job Summary

• We are seeking a Copywriter and Social Media Specialist to craft compelling content, manage our online presence, and drive engagement across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities
Copywriting:

• Create persuasive and engaging copy for various platforms, including websites, product descriptions, advertisements, email marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Write clear and concise messaging that reflects the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with business objectives.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Create, schedule, and publish high-quality posts, stories, and videos tailored to each platform.

Content Strategy:

• Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and analytics to optimize content and campaigns.
• Conduct audience research to ensure content relevance and effectiveness.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, maintaining a professional tone.

Performance Analysis:

• Track and report on the performance of copy and social media campaigns using analytics tools.
• Adjust strategies based on data insights to improve ROI and engagement.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the creative team, including graphic designers and video content creators, to develop cohesive campaigns.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align social media efforts with broader company goals.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s / Master`s Degree / HND / NCE / OND qualification
• Proven experience as a copywriter and social media specialist.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
• Creativity and ability to generate fresh, innovative content ideas.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or similar platforms.
• A portfolio showcasing previous work in copywriting and social media management.

Salary
N80,000 - N130,000 monthly.
