Job Summary

• The 3D Rendering Supervisor oversees and coordinates the 3D rendering team to ensure high-quality visuals for various projects, such as architecture, product design, gaming, or entertainment.
• This role involves technical expertise, creative direction, and effective team management to meet deadlines and maintain project standards.

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership:

• Manage and mentor the 3D rendering team, providing guidance on techniques and workflows.
• Allocate tasks based on team members’ skills and project requirements.
• Conduct regular team reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other departments to understand project requirements.
• Develop and enforce schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure resources are efficiently utilized.

Quality Control:

• Review renders to ensure alignment with project specifications and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize rendering processes.
• Implement and maintain best practices for rendering workflows.

Creative Direction:

• Oversee the visual style and ensure consistency across all rendered outputs.
• Suggest innovative techniques or tools to enhance visual storytelling.

Technical Expertise:

• Stay updated on the latest rendering software, tools, and techniques.
• Optimize render times while maintaining quality.
• Ensure compliance with technical and aesthetic requirements.

Qualifications
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Animation, Computer Graphics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in 3D rendering, with at least 1yearin a supervisory role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Corona, Arnold, Redshift).
• Expertise in 3D modeling tools (e.g., Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Cinema 4D).
• Familiarity with post-production tools (e.g., Photoshop, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and texturing principles.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
