Job Description

• We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team.
• As a Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and elevate our brand’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote our eatery, products, and services across all platforms.
• Manage and grow our social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, with engaging content, posts, and promotions.
• Develop promotional materials, such as flyers, posters, and email newsletters to attract and engage customers.
• Organize and execute special events, food promotions, and community outreach programs to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure consistent messaging and align marketing efforts with the eatery's goals.
• Monitor competitor activities and local trends to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive and relevant.
• Collect customer feedback and reviews to help improve services and identify areas for growth.
• Track the performance of marketing campaigns and analyze metrics to refine strategies for better results.
• Establish partnerships with local influencers, food bloggers, and other businesses to expand the eatery's reach and build brand loyalty.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least [2] years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing, Google Ads).
• Creative, innovative, and capable of generating fresh marketing ideas.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the local food scene and customer preferences is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and social media management tools.
