Job Title: Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed.
• Maintain high-quality standards for all products.
• Implement and enforce food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage customer orders received through various social media platforms.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, baking, delivery, and pickup processes.
• Process customer feedback and address any concerns promptly.
• Lead and motivate a team of skilled bakers and pastry chefs.
• Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular inventory and financial audits.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and submit weekly reports to management.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative growth strategies.
• Oversee the launch and management of new projects, such as quick-serve chops, smoothies, and fresh juice.
• Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in bakery management, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and financial analysis.
• Passion for baking and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
