• He/She oversee the creation, publication, and engagement of content across various social media platforms to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Develops and implements a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Team Management: Leads and manages a team of social media professionals, providing guidance, training, and feedback.
• Content Creation: Oversees the creation of high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms.
• Content Publishing: Manages the publication of content across social media platforms.
• Engagement and Community Building: Develops and implements strategies to engage with followers, build brand awareness, and foster a community around the brand.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyzes social media metrics and provides insights to inform future content strategies.
• Budgeting and Resource Allocation: Manages social media budgets and allocates resources effectively.

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media strategies.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
