Job Title: Senior Manager - HR

Job Summary

• As our Senior HR Manager you will be responsible for leading the HR department in providing strategic support to management and staff across all HR functions.
• This individual will manage the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
• The Senior HR Manager will also work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and foster a positive, productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the holding company’s overall business objectives.
• Develop and implement succession planning, career development, and performance management programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all operations.
• Implement performance management systems to drive employee growth and productivity..

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, and HRCI) is preferred.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in a holding company or diversified organization.
• Demonstrated expertise in key HR areas, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.

Salary
N550,000 - N600,000 monthly.
