Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Backend Developer to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development using Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Golang, with experience in implementing CI/CD pipelines.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable backend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and Golang.
• Design and manage database schemas and queries for PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.
• Debug and resolve backend-related issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 4–6 years of backend development experience.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Node.js and familiarity with Golang.
• Databases: Solid experience with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• CI/CD: Hands-on experience with continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• Version Control: Proficient in Git and collaborative workflows.
• Other Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks and tools for backend systems.
