Position Overview

• We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Brand Executive to join our team and help elevate our Below the Line (BTL) campaigns.
• The BTL Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing initiatives that engage consumers directly and drive brand loyalty.
• You will work closely with the marketing team to design and implement impactful BTL strategies, including promotions, events, and direct marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BTL marketing campaigns that align with overall brand objectives.
• Plan and coordinate promotional events, in-store activations, and product launches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging marketing materials.
• Analyze campaign performance and consumer feedback to optimize future initiatives.
• Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful execution.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for engagement.
• Create detailed reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BTL marketing or a similar role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for innovative marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and software.
