We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Support / Content Creator (Hospitality Industry)

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive resolution and enhanced customer satisfaction.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media channels, including photos, videos, and written posts, to promote the restaurant and its offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with the restaurant’s branding and goals.
• Monitor and manage the restaurant’s online reviews and feedback on the social media platforms.
• Develop creative captions and posts showcasing the restaurant's menu, events, and cultural significance.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and recommend improvements to content strategy.
• Act as the liaison between customers and restaurant management for feedback and improvement suggestions.
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule to keep customers informed about promotions, special offers, and new dishes.
• Stay updated on trends in digital content creation, social media, and customer service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer support or content creation, preferably in the hospitality or food industry.
• Proficiency in social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and innovative content ideas.
• Basic photography and videography skills; knowledge of editing tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends or during promotional events if necessary.
• Familiarity with cultural and local cuisine is an advantage.
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating memorable customer experiences.
• candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / FLSC  with 1 - 3 years experience.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
