We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Production Architect

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in the conceptualization and development of design solutions that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with the design team (CAD Architects) to ensure designs are feasible within production capabilities.
• Modify designs as needed to ensure production efficiency without compromising quality or aesthetics.
• Work with the Production Manager to plan, schedule, and monitor production timelines for architectural components.
• Coordinate with the production and inventory teams to ensure materials and designs are aligned with project timelines.
• Ensure that production designs adhere to quality standards and specifications.
• Conduct inspections and provide feedback to ensure the designs are executed correctly on the production floor.
• Communicate effectively with other departments (e.g., inventory, production, site management) to ensure the smooth transition of designs to production.
• Assist in liaising with clients to understand their requirements and adjust designs accordingly.
• Assist in preparing detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other documentation for production.
• Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible for the production team.
• Provide innovative solutions to design and production challenges, including material selection, structural concerns, and aesthetics.
• Troubleshoot design and production issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Ensure that sustainable materials and methods are incorporated into the production designs wherever possible.
• Support the Production Manager in ensuring efficient use of materials.

Requirement

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 2 years work experience.
