Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Resident Obstetrician & Gynecologist (O&G) to join our team.
• As a Resident, you will play a key role in providing high-quality obstetric and gynecological care to patients under the supervision of senior clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care to women, including prenatal, antenatal, and postnatal support, under the guidance of senior doctors.
• Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of gynecological conditions such as reproductive disorders, infections, and more.
• Support the management of high-risk pregnancies, including assisting during labor and delivery.
• Participate in surgeries related to obstetrics and gynecology, including cesarean sections and other procedures, under supervision.
• Collaborate with senior clinicians to ensure that surgeries and procedures are carried out safely and in accordance with infection control protocols.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including pediatricians, anesthesiologists, and radiologists, to provide holistic patient care.
• Participate in patient education, including explaining health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development, including attending seminars, workshops, and training programs.
• Keep accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (or in progress)
• Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience in Obstetrics and Gynecology, preferably as a Junior Resident in a hospital setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge in obstetrics and gynecology.
• Basic surgical skills and a keen interest in developing further surgical expertise.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with patients and healthcare teams.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
