Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager

Location: Lagos
Work Mode: Full Time, On-site

Job Description

• We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for both Rise Networks and Rise Interactive Studios, contributing to our Organizational culture and driving employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records through the online portal, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Certification Compliance: Monitor and ensure all employees maintain required certifications, coordinating renewals as needed.
• Performance Monitoring: Oversee employee performance, reporting any issues to management.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on employee records, certification status, and performance monitoring.
• Post Reporting: Prepare reports on employee records, certification status, and performance monitoring.
• Employee Support: Provide HR-related guidance to employees and enforce company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in HR management, record keeping, and certification compliance.
• Familiarity with online HR portals and CCTV monitoring.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
