Job Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Executive to join our team.
• This individual will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless daily operations of the organisation and will work closely with the Operational Manager, Chief Operations Manager, Chief Medical Director, and several other department heads.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operational activities of the organisation.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify, address, and improve operational inefficiencies.
• Support people and culture management initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Coordinate and oversee staff training, development, and retention efforts.
• Work closely with leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational performance.
• Ensure the alignment of all operational activities with the organisation’s mission and strategic objectives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments to ensure operational goals are met.
• Take an active role in promoting and maintaining organisational culture and values.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degrees in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in operations management or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong people management and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using technology and tools to streamline operational processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• A passion for healthcare and commitment to excellence.
