Job Overview

• As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design process from ideation to execution.
• You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create exceptional user experiences and interfaces.
• You will conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and ensure that the final product aligns with the company’s vision and user needs.
• The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a team player, and passionate about designing products that provide value to users.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to gather insights about user behaviours, pain points, and needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define user personas, user journeys, and product goals.
• Analyze user data and feedback to continuously improve designs and enhance the user experience.
• Design user interfaces that are visually appealing, easy to use, and aligned with the brand's identity.
• Develop and maintain design systems and UI component libraries to ensure product consistency.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are technically feasible and meet project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, refine designs, and incorporate feedback..
• Design with a user-first mindset, ensuring that products are intuitive and meet user expectations.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze results to identify areas for improvement and refine designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to incorporate best practices into your work.
• Work with product managers and executives to align design strategy with business goals.
• Contribute ideas and insights to shape product vision and roadmap.
• Help translate business requirements into clear, user-friendly designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects.
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional team environments.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, UI patterns, typography, and color theory.
• Experience with responsive design and designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to think critically about design challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts and rationale clearly.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
• A user-centric mindset and passion for creating seamless, engaging user experience.
