Job Title: Relationship Manager (Intern)

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Create and implement plans to help meet customer needs
• Build long-term relationships with customers
• Quickly address and resolve customer issues
• For new sales and cross-selling opportunities building a sales team
• Be ahead of the era
• Promotes sales and good customer service practices
• Formulates strategies
• Works with customers to strengthen the brand
• Promotes and maintains a positive corporate image.
