Job Description

• We are seeking dedicated and passionate NCE, B.Ed and Trained Teachers to join our esteemed educational institution in Benin City, Nigeria in the following subjects:
  • Mathematics
  • English Language
  • Chemistry
  • Biology
• As a valued member of our teaching staff, you will play a crucial role in shaping the minds of young learners and contributing to the overall development of our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the Nigerian educational curriculum
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behaviour
• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
• Incorporate innovative teaching techniques and technologies to enhance the learning experience
• Conduct regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends

Qualifications

• NCE (Nigeria Certificate in Education) or B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) qualification required
• Valid teaching licence or certification
• Proven teaching experience in a similar educational setting
• In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian educational curriculum and standards
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using educational technologies and learning management systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
