Job Overview

• We’re seeking a skilled Communications Specialist to lead our communication efforts, shape our brand narrative, and engage effectively with stakeholders.
• The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a knack for crafting compelling stories that resonate.
• This role involves managing both external and internal communications, driving engagement across digital platforms, and supporting our brand’s growth for Rise Interactive Studios and Rise Networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Craft and edit content for various channels, including press releases, newsletters, website copy, social media, and marketing materials.
• Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content and monitoring community interactions to ensure timely responses.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all visual and written content.
• Plan and execute communication campaigns for events, projects, and initiatives, targeting both online and offline audiences.
• Monitor and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights to improve communication strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, influencers, and other key partners to amplify our reach.
• Handle any crisis communication or public relations issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (2+ years) in a communications role, preferably within media, creative, or social impact sectors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms, content management systems, and basic graphic design software.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
