Overview

• This role is critical to the effective administration and growth of the institute, providing strategic leadership and ensuring operational excellence.

Job Description

• Drive membership growth and retention through strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement membership programs, policies, and benefits to enhance member satisfaction.
• Manage membership records, renewals, and the onboarding process.
• Collate, update and Manage the membership records of the Institute to ensure accuracy for every day use
• Coordinate membership events, training sessions, and professional development programs.
• Provide data insights and reports to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Attend to members calls and emails.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or related fields; certification in Membership Management or Customer Relationship Management is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in membership or customer relations roles.

Skill Set:

• Proficiency in using CRM software and other membership management tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
