We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Chief of Staff

Location: Lagos, Remote / Hybrid (Flexible)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports To: CEO & Chief Portfolio Manager

Role Overview

• The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing high-level support in planning, decision-making, and execution of key projects.
• This role requires a proactive and analytical professional with a strong background in finance, investment, or fintech.
• The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to manage complex, high-impact initiatives across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support:

• Collaborate with the CEO to set, prioritize, and drive the execution of strategic goals across all business verticals.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends, business analytics, and competitive analysis.
• Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, facilitating informed decision-making.

Operational Excellence:

• Oversee and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and implement processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
• Create and monitor KPIs for critical initiatives, reporting progress and identifying bottlenecks.

Leadership and Communication:

• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project updates, proposals and planning.
• Represent the CEO in meetings and negotiations when required.
• Mentor and collaborate with team leads to ensure cohesive execution of company goals.

Special Projects:

• Support the development of innovative financial products such as crypto indexes, tokenized equities, and hedge fund solutions.
• Assist in the creation of investor-facing platforms and portals, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Lead initiatives involving partnerships, licensing, or regulatory compliance.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert, handling inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage the CEO’s schedule, priorities, and deliverables.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external use.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years in finance, investment, fintech, or a related field. Experience in high-growth startups, wealth management, or digital assets is a plus.
