Job Description

• We are seeking an experienced Lounge Manager to oversee the daily operations of our premium lounge located in Ikota, Lekki.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-end hospitality establishments, with excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage lounge operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
• Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
• Implement effective inventory management, controlling stock levels and minimizing waste.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
• Monitor finances, managing budgets and ensuring profitability.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff.
• Build relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries and quality products.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree in any relevant field
• 3+ years of experience in managing high-end hospitality establishments (lounges, bars, restaurants).
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong financial management and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of inventory management, marketing, and hospitality operations.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
