Job Summary

• We are seeking a talented and driven Machine Learning Engineer to join our team.
• The successful candidate will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities
Model Development and Deployment:

• Build and optimize machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, and recommendation tasks.
• Deploy models into production environments and ensure scalability and performance.

Data Preparation:

• Extract, clean, and preprocess large datasets from diverse sources to prepare them for modeling.
• Engineer features to enhance model performance and ensure data quality.

Algorithm Selection and Optimization:

• Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and techniques.
• Tune hyperparameters and optimize models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Integration with Systems:

• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning solutions into existing systems and applications.
• Develop APIs and pipelines to enable seamless interaction with machine learning models.

Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Monitor model performance in production and retrain models as necessary.
• Address issues related to data drift, model degradation, and system anomalies.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Work closely with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to align machine learning solutions with business objectives.
• Communicate findings and progress through clear visualizations, presentations, and documentation.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Data Engineering Skills:

• Expertise in data preprocessing, ETL processes, and handling large-scale datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.

Problem-Solving:

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to develop innovative solutions.

Team Collaboration:

• Ability to work effectively in interdisciplinary teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements
