Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our team.
• The successful candidate will play a critical role in analyzing complex data sets, providing actionable insights, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
• This position requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical acumen, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Interpretation:

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop predictive models and dashboards to monitor key metrics and performance indicators.

Data Management:

• Extract, clean, and organize data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Maintain data integrity and implement quality assurance processes.

Strategic Reporting:

• Create comprehensive reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate findings effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and deliver insights that align with business objectives.

Team Collaboration and Mentorship:

• Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, finance, and operations, to address business challenges through data analysis.
• Mentor junior analysts, providing guidance and fostering professional development.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements using data-driven solutions.
• Recommend and implement advanced analytics techniques to enhance organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data warehousing and ETL tools is an advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Data Analytics: Strong knowledge of statistical methods, data modeling, and predictive analytics.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and deliver practical, data-driven solutions.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and guide junior team members while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
