HR Generalist at Bisedge Logistics and Infrastructure

Bisedge Logistics and Infrastructure is a leading provider of material handling equipment solutions.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Generalist

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in outsourcing, preferably in a consulting or shared services environment
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with HR systems and software (e.g., Seamless HR, NotchHR, Bento)
• Experience with performance management, learning and development practices.

Nice to Have:

• Certification in HR (e.g., ACIPM, PHR) is an added advantage
• Experience in the material handling equipment industry is a nice to have
• Knowledge of outsourcing management best practices.
