Job Summary

• Are you a seasoned expert in risk management with a passion for the real estate and property construction sector? We are in search of a skilled individual to join our team as risk managers, focusing on various risk areas crucial to our industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing and mitigating business risks within the real estate and property construction industry.
• Assessing and managing financial risks associated with projects and investments.
• Identifying and addressing legal, regulatory, and statutory compliance risk across all operations.
• Identifying and addressing sales and marketing risks including customers, products & services, delivery channels and geography to optimize market strategies.
• Proficiency in drafting, reading, and interpreting legal agreements to minimize risks effectively.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational qualifications in risk management, business, finance, legal, or related fields.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in risk management within the real estate and property construction industry.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing various types of risks prevalent in the industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in evaluating and addressing potential risks.
• Age requirement: 45 to 55 years old.
• Experience in legal matters will be an added advantage
• Worked in a structured and organized company.
