Entourage Integrated Trust Limited is a financial firm, specialized in micro and corporate loan and investment. Established in July, 2014, we are currently operating in 12 States including Lagos State the head office.

Job Title: Experienced Field Auditor

Location: Mainland / Island - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for an objective and Experienced Field Auditor who is open to working anywhere in Nigeria to add value and improve our operations by bringing a systematic and disciplined approach to the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.
• The successful candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of accounting procedures and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present reports that reflect the audit’s results and document the process
• Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures
• Maintain open communication with management and the audit committee
• Document process and prepare audit findings memorandum
• Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management’s interventions
• Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the sector’s rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques and performance standards
• Keep a check on processes and regulations
• Ensuring staff compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Travel to different states for auditory reviews and assessment.
• Provide a qualitative and quantitative evaluation based on empirical data findings.
• Providing solutions to the  company's internal problems

Requirements and Skills

• Proven working experience as an Auditor in a Microfinance or Lending company
• Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations
• High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Sound independent judgement
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• A strong aptitude for maths.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• A keen interest in the financial system.
• Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report-writing skills.
• HND/BSc Degree in Accounting, Banking & Finance or a related field.
