Job Title: Housekeeper

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Male Housekeeper to join our household team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, tidiness, and orderliness within the home, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.
• The Male Housekeeper will be expected to perform various housekeeping duties and may be required to assist with other tasks as needed, providing a comfortable and well-organized living environment.

Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Housekeeping:

• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors throughout the home.
• Dust and clean furniture, countertops, windows, and all surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and maintain an organized living space.
• Take care of laundry, including washing, folding, and ironing clothes.

Organization & Maintenance:

• Ensure that all rooms are tidy and free from clutter.
• Organize storage areas, closets, and cabinets.
• Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, restocking as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed in the house.

Additional Tasks:

• Assist with meal preparation and serve meals as needed.
• Assist with grocery shopping and inventory management.
• Handle special cleaning projects as assigned (e.g., deep cleaning, seasonal tasks).

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to respect privacy and confidentiality.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift, carry, and move objects as needed.
• Candidates should possess a FLSC with 2 - 4 years experience.
