About the Role

• We are seeking a motivated and personable Front Desk Representative to join our team. This full-time, on-site position at Oma The Spa in Lagos is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality and wellness.
• As the first point of contact for our clients, you will ensure a seamless and welcoming experience while managing reservations, handling inquiries, and coordinating with our team to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and professionally, creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Handle phone inquiries and manage reservations using booking software
• Provide detailed information about our treatments, services, and facilities
• Assist in coordinating schedules and maintaining an organized reception area
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications

• Excellent phone etiquette, customer service, and receptionist skills
• Experience managing reservations and communicating effectively
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking software
• Previous experience in the spa or hospitality industry is a plus
