We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Call Centre Agent / Loan Recovery Officer

Location: Oregun, Ikeja - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• We are looking for Agent-Loan Recovery Officersthat will contact our delinquent customers and walk them through repaying their debts.

Duties

• Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
• Inform customers of overdue accounts and amount currently owed
• Collect payment by advising the customer to pay his loan via the approved channel only.
• Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
• Negotiating suitable payment plans.
• Ensure all customer information is correct, including phone numbers and addresses.
• Record all interactions and commitment to repay debts in the CRM.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum Qualification: OND / HND / B.Sc
• Must have experience of 1 to 3 years as Loan Recovery Officer, (Call Centre Experience is an advantage).
• Profiency in relevant Computer Applications.
• Strong Negotiation and Persuasive Skills is required.
• Must speak English fluently and fluency in our native languages is an advantage as well.
• Knowledge of Customer Services Practices and Principles.
• Excellent Communication Skills, (superior Listening, verbal and written skills).

Renumeration
This job is strictly salary (N50,000 - N80,000 monthly) plus commission based with a transport allowance and other incentives qualified for.
