FactBase Consulting Limited - Our client is a reputable and professionally-run Microfinance Bank, owned by a multinational company, located in Lekki axis.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head, Financial Control

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• We require an intelligent, honest and experienced professional to grow with our team as Head, Financial Control.

Job Description (in Summary)

• Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial reports.
• Monitor and manage financial risks, including credit, market and operational risks.
• Support business development initiatives by providing financial feasibility assessments and risk evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards and corporate policies.

Major Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Banking and Finance, Accounting or any numerate discipline.
• A higher degree (e.g MBA, M.Sc., M.Tech) may be an added advantage.
• MCIB and ACA/ACCA/ACIB or ACMA is a must.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong skills in MS Office Suite and modern accounting software (e.g. Bank in a Box from Qore).

Reward System

• Salary is about N650,000 (gross) per month.
• There are high prospects for career advancement.
